Anthony Morris is from County Wexford. He is a graduate of the Bachelor Degree in Theatre Studies, Samuel Beckett Centre at Trinity College, Dublin.
His film and television appearances include Killinaskully Series 5 (RTE/Bull Alley), Trouble in Paradise (RTE/Great Western Films), Rough Diamond directed by Simon Massey for the BBC, he also appeared as Zippy in Mark O'Halloran's Adam & Paul for Element Films, Chasing Moby Dick with Macnas and Pat Shortt's comedy Mattie (RTE).
Theatre credits are Mickey in The Night Before with Fishamble, The Snow Girl (Livin' Dred), The Merchant of Venice, Woyzech and The Last Beauty Spot directed by Pat Kiernan with Corcadorca Theatre Company in Cork, Mouth (Project Cube), Adrenalin as part of the Dublin Fringe Festival for Semper Fi, The Belfry with Livin' Dred, Paper Tigers at the Edinburgh Festival, Bondi Beach Blue Boy (Fishamble), Ubu (Dublin Fringe Festival) and also appeared in television as Anto in Little White Lie directed by Nick Renton for Element Films.
Other stage appearances include The Magic Macbre at the Olympia Theatre, the title role of Peter in Peter Pan directed by David Horan for the Pavilion Theatre and 'Dean' in Billy Roches' Lay Me Down Softly at the Tricycle Theatre, London.
He appeared in season two of HBO's masterpiece Game of Thrones and will be seen next in Jason Statham's latest action feature Hummingbird (20th Century Fox) directed by Steven Knight, to be releasd in 2013. Anthony recently performed Romeo & Juliet with Corcadorca Theatre Company.
